According to author Stephen Covey, beginning a project with the end result in mind is one of the seven habits of highly effective people. The proposal process is no different. You must start the proposal process with the vision of a successful final product. Demonstrated through a real-life case study, this session will explore how to properly evaluate opportunity and step through a set of thoughtful intake processes. Attendees will also learn how to identify key factors when considering a formalized Go/No-Go initiative and implement a basic evaluation process if nothing currently exists at your firm. This session will be led by two experienced proposal managers focused on overseeing complex, multi-practice proposals.
- Learn how to evaluate an opportunity
- Identify key factors to consider for a go/no-go process
- Implement a basic evaluation process when one doesn't exist
