One of the hardest things to do is to price internationally, especially if you have had limited exposure to it to date. The approach taken to pricing in international (non-US) markets can vary significantly, as markets and competitors can be very different this being further complicated with the rise of new entrants and new law firm models in a number of jurisdictions. As many of our clients try and seek consistent approaches across their own organization, how can law firms try and price on a consistent basis across the United States, Latin America, Europe and Asia Pacific whilst ensuring a consistent value proposition, and what do they need to keep front of mind in these types of discussions?
