The Membership Committee's role is to encourage new memberships and to retain existing members. The committee is responsible for many key functions of the Chapter, including:
- maintaining the chapter’s membership and contact lists
- welcoming new members to the Chapter
- communicating with lapsed members and non-members as needed to highlight key member benefits, etc.
- developing programs to increase membership, including organizing the annual new member luncheon, and
- providing support in managing event registration, which may include creating name tags for programs.

The Sponsorship Committee oversees LMA-LA's sponsorship program and relationships with sponsors and potential sponsors. This Committee will maintain regular contact with Chapter sponsors to ensure that they receive the benefits of their sponsorship.

Provides general oversight of the association’s technology and communication needs. Responsibilities including delivery of program and event invitations and quarterly newsletter, maintenance of the Chapter’s social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook), coordination and outreach to media (as needed), updating the Chapter website, and coordinating the quarterly member spotlight piece.

Fox Rothschild LLP
Oversees the general financials of the organization. Work with each Board Member in creating an annual budget for each committee, review and provide recommendations on budgeted and unbudgeted spending requests and develop and recommend long-range financial objectives for the association. Finance committee may also provide administrative support with respect to reimbursements, coordinating payments, and bookkeeping.
