||Lawyers, marketers, and other business professionals in law firms face increasing pressure to find greater efficiencies while continuing to deliver exceptional work and superior service. Process improvement is an approach that helps identify and reduce errors, as well as wasted time and resources, while increasing the likelihood of success and improving predictability and profitability.
During this program, you will learn:
• How law firms are employing process improvement and project management to deliver real value to clients and increase profitability
• How to introduce process improvement and spot process excellence in action at your law firm – and then turn it into a competitive advantage for business and client development
• How law firm marketing and business development departments are improving their own processes, such as responding to RFPs, event management, content marketing, onboarding and more
• The power of automation as a marketing process improvement tool in a 15 minute TED-style talk.
