Description: Partners from Moses & Singer LLP will generously share their in-depth knowledge on two areas that are of particular concern to legal marketers.

Under the Americans with Disabilities Act, most websites and mobile applications must meet Web Accessibility standards – meaning they can be used by individuals with vision, hearing, motor and cognitive disabilities. How can you determine if your site is ADA compliant? What plan can you implement to ensure compliance with ADA regulations and web wccessibility standards? What are the risks if your site does not comply?

Marketing & New York’s Attorney Advertising Rules

Failure to abide by the professional conduct rules can have serious consequences. Our guest presenter, Devika Kewalramani will highlight how New York’s attorney advertising rules may impact a law firm’s marketing and business development activities, e.g., client alerts/newsletters, announcements, articles, websites, events/sponsorships, and more….

There will be time for Q&A, and we encourage you to bring your questions!
