||Join us for a presentation by award-winning journalist, marketing consultant and writer Barbara Mannino, who will speak about her book The Law Firm Revolution. Barbara will share strategies from the book and discuss how boosting practice management can also amplify a firm’s marketing push.
High level, improved practice management will give attorneys more time to participate in necessary marketing activities from writing or providing information for white papers, to speaking engagements, to attending networking events. Fringe benefits will include a more cohesive firm culture and happier, more engaged employees who become firm champions inside the office and out.
Barbara will discuss topics covered in the book including, but not limited to:
++ The need to create “mission, vision and values”
++ The importance of short- and long-term goals as they pertain to the business and marketing activities of your firm
++ The way in which attorneys and senior staff interact with, delegate and communicate to their employees and why it’s important
++ The workspace design and the softer touches that make employees feel valued
We will then invite your questions and conversation!
