||Please join us for a timely presentation on the state of the legal industry, including a recap of economic data from 2017, and a preview of the trends, challenges and opportunities law firms can expect to see in 2018.
The discussion, guided by Brent Turner of Peer Monitor, will cover key drivers of profitability – such as demand, profits, practice performance, rates/realization, lawyer staffing models and expenses – from the perspective of AmLaw 100 firms as well as top 200 and mid-sized firms, and will include a special focus on performance by well-known firms in the New England region. A debate about the future competitive landscape and the role of thought leadership in the market will follow, supported by data demonstrating the increasing role of corporate law departments, the challenges they face, and the rise of innovative tools at their disposal.
