At this time of the year I always find myself reflecting on the year that has passed in an attempt to draw some conclusions on what my resolutions, or goals, should be in the year that lies ahead.

I entered the field of legal marketing a little more eleven years ago. It was my first day on the job when my boss said to me, “I need you to attend an event for me, and I need you to take really good notes.”
