Tell us about your session.
Jennifer: The social media landscape in law firms continues to change. This time last year, our industry was still discussing best practices for developing a content strategy, vetting appropriate channels, training attorneys, etc. Now, law firms of all sizes have advanced their social media efforts beyond branding – interacting with clients and prospects online. In this session, Ryan and I will explore how social media and related tools support the acceleration of the relationship-building process, leading to new business and enhanced client relationships.
Ryan: We’re all familiar with how to establish a social media strategy that is propelled by content of all types. Now, Jennifer Simpson Carr and I will take marketers through how to engage with audiences on social channels in a way that is genuine, personalized and produces meaningful touchpoints along the funnel.
What can attendees expect to take away from your session?
Jennifer: Attendees will be armed with the tools to prepare and implement an effective social marketing strategy at the practice and attorney levels that leads to new business leads and retention, as well as ways to track meaningful social marketing metrics.
Ryan: Attendees will understand how social media supports the acceleration of the relationship-building process, leading to enhanced client relationships. They will learn how to uncover more value through their social media efforts.
What are you most looking forward to about the 2018 LMA Northeast Regional Conference?
Jennifer: I find LMA conferences energizing. I always look forward to programming as well as the opportunity to connect with our community, exchange ideas, and gain new perspectives.
Ryan: I love how LMA members come together to candidly share experiences, discuss new strategies, and empower how we drive change in our firms. I always come away from LMA conferences so energized!
