Suzana Dema, Marketing Coordinator, Wolfson Bolton: In this role, Suzana is responsible for supporting and executing marketing initiatives in line with the firm’s overall strategy. Her role in the firm has included all aspects of marketing, including brand execution, event and sponsorship management, digital communications, website maintenance, social media, business development, and graphic design.

Susan Baltz, Director of Marketing, The Bar Plan Mutual Insurance Company: The Bar Plan is a company that provides malpractice insurance and related products to lawyers. In this role, Susan directs the operations, management and budget of the marketing department. Responsibilities include developing and administering a comprehensive marketing and business development strategy, editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all The Bar Plan publications, managing marketing budget, staff and vendor relationships and developing digital marketing strategies.
