What is on the list of your top priorities in social and digital media for 2020?
More LinkedIn ads! We’ve been working on these in 2019 to some success, so we’re planning on expanding that program in 2020.
WHAT DIGITAL OR SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGN/EFFORT ARE YOU MOST PROUD OF AND WHY?
Sorry to mirror another question, but I’m most proud of our LinkedIn ads. I really love thinking outside of the box other firms are in and doing something different and creative. LinkedIn ads – along with blogs, back in the day before everyone had them – are the new wave, and I love being on the forefront.

Laura Toledo is the Communications and Marketing Manager for Nilan Johnson Lewis, a mid-sized national law firm in Minneapolis, where she manages the firm’s communications and digital initiatives. She’s been volunteering with LMA since she started in legal marketing (let’s say over 10 years!), serving in various roles over the years. Laura completed the SmithBucklin Leadership Institute this year and will be the Midwest Region’s President-Elect in 2020.
