When we first decided to use “Change” as our theme for this quarter’s newsletter, we were thinking about transitions under new CMOs or a firm's shift to an industry-based model. Little did we know a global pandemic would prove to be the ultimate change-maker, leaving many of us in our home offices (whether they be dining room tables, sofas or kitchen counters) trying to maintain our usual high level of efficiency and productivity.
While the stay-at-home and business closure orders came well after our deadline for this edition, we are committed to sharing in our second quarter newsletter important lessons learned during the COVID-19 outbreak, as well as best practices for adapting and thriving amid times of crisis.
