|Living with CASL - Post Legislation|
Ever since Canada's Anti Spam Legislation (CASL) was introduced on July 1, 2014, organizations engaged in e-mail marketing have had to live by a new set of rules. Please join our panel of experts, which includes a privacy lawyer and two marketers who have developed and implemented CASL strategies and processes. They will present on some of the most effective tactics they have employed and difficult questions they have considered in working to ensure compliance with this legislation in their organizations. There will also be ample time for audience members to ask any questions they might have, moderated by LMA Board Member Lynn Foley.
