John Byrne recently launched his own company, Glencoe Media Group Inc., to help law firms create relevant and compelling content that supports their business development strategies. A veteran of legal marketing, he just this spring left Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP after eight years, the last four of which he served as its CMO. John has both journalism and law degrees, earning his stripes in both newsrooms and courtrooms. At home, his 16-year-old triplets have also helped teach him not only the patience and perseverance, but also the perspective, necessary to succeed in the legal business.

Margaret Cronan is Chief Business Development and Marketing Officer at Dilworth Paxson LLP where she is leading the development of a new business development strategy and solidifying an aggressive, long-term marketing plan. Prior to joining Dilworth, Margaret was the Chief Communications Officer at the National Constitution Center, where she led the launch of the NCC’s first comprehensive brand campaign. Before the NCC, Cronan was the Director and General Manager of the television division of NAVTEQ, a subsidiary of NOKIA and a world leader in mapping and traffic technology. For much of her career, she served as a television news executive and producer for stations in Philadelphia, New York, Los Angeles and Baltimore.
