NYLMA Second Annual GC Panel: Value - The Key Differentiator: How GCs Define It - Oct. 24 Lunch

Due to the overwhelming success of last year’s General Counsel Program, Aric Press will once again moderate our panel. This year, the focus will be on “value,” specifically what clients perceive to be of value from their law firms.

Aric had pondered this topic in a recent article, in which he quoted an in-house lawyer as saying, “I do believe [our relationship with firms] is going to have to be more value-driven than rate-driven.” This prompted Aric to ask, “Do we have agreement on what value-driven means?”

The article did not provide the answer. So, with his help, our three panelists will attempt to do so. Each of them is a key decision maker with regard to the selection, retention and termination of outside counsel.

Our speakers will be Aric Press (ALM), David Brill (American Stock Transfer & Trust) , Anastasia Danias (NFL), and Jessica Pollack (Colgate-Palmolive). For all the program details and full bios and backgrounds on our speakers use this REGISTRATION LINK.

If you have questions you would like addressed, please direct them to Don Aronson or Bruce Segall.

We hope you will join us for this outstanding program.
