Turning knowledge into practice is Zoë’s passion. At Yale School of Management, Zoë teaches one of the most sought-after MBA courses, Mastering Influence and Persuasion, advises Center for Customer Insights consulting and research teams, and collaborates with Google and Optum Health.

Her research, which focuses on tiny tweaks that help people lead richer, healthier, and happier lives, has been published in top academic journals like Proceedings of the National Academy of Science and in popular media like Harvard Business Review, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Economist, Scientific American, Psychology Today, Financial Times, and Discover.

Some career highlights prior to her engagement at Yale include managing a $200 million segment of Barbie, developing an executive education leadership program at Harvard, acting on stage and film, and starting a small business. She received her doctorate from Harvard, MBA from the University of Southern California, and bachelor’s degree from Haverford College.

Zoë will be applying her expertise on behavioral bias to the law firm environment and sharing the results of a customized survey during her presentation.
