KITA (Kick in the A**)
Workout Session

Tuesday and Wednesday, April 12 and 13, 2016
6:00 -6:40 a.m. (EXCEPTIONALLY SHARP)
LOCATION: JW Marriott Hotel, Austin TX (final location in hotel TBD)


Work conferences and retreats equal bad food, too many drinks and bad habits all around for you, right? It doesn’t have to be that way. On Tuesday AND Wednesday of the LMA Annual Conference, Rainmaker Fitness will be conducting a boot camp style workout session at 6:00 a.m.

Space is limited to the first 48 attendees each day.

If you are ready for it, we dare you to join your fellow colleagues for this session, conducted by Darryl Cross, a member of the LMA Board of Directors who also happens to be one of 60 Master Personal Trainers in the world certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

Get a real kick in the a** to get energized after you spend hours in conference rooms and cocktail receptions. Here is what you should expect:

  • 40 minutes from start to finish for up to 48 attendees. You will be done in plenty of time to get ready for the morning sessions.
  • Conducted on the hotel grounds (we may be outside, weather permitting)
  • Multiple stations will involve training in strength, speed, agility, quickness, plyometrics, cardio and core development. You will get days worth of workouts in under an hour!
  • Tuesday will be focused on strength and power. Wednesday will be focused on endurance and cardio. Sign up for one or both!

This is a workout that lets you participate at your own fitness level. Beginners, enthusiasts and elite athletes are all welcome!
