As leaders within your organization, there has never been a more important time to surround yourself with new approaches and insight, intellectual challenges and inspiration, and a framework for delivering better and more sophisticated results for your firm. In an effort to meet those demands, LMA created the CMO Summit with a format that will be sure to challenge and improve the most seasoned CMOs as well as those new to the top.

PLEASE NOTE: Attendance is limited to qualified applicants who include in-house CMOs and first chair marketing and business development directors. To ensure a collegial, interactive setting, the CMO Summit is limited to 50 participants. To ensure a broad experience base, only one participant per firm may register on a first-come, first-served basis.

At The Ritz-Carlton, he created the hotel chain’s Learning Institute and its Leadership Center and played a key role in the company’s second-winning of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.

Leonardo also worked for The Walt Disney Company in Orlando and as part of the executive opening team of Euro Disney Resort in Paris. For the past 12 years, he has been a sought-after advisor to business leaders and senior executives.

He is president and founder of ICG, Inghilleri Consulting Group and the author of the international bestseller, Exceptional Service, Exceptional Profit.

Born in Rome, Italy, Leonardo has been married to his business partner, Solange, for 29 years. They are now enjoying being empty nesters and all that goes with it!
