Payment by Check
To pay by check send checks made payable to LMASE (include invoice number) to the following address: Legal Marketing Association: Southeast Chapter, 8493 Solution Center, Chicago, IL 60677-8004. Once your check is received, you will be sent a confirmation email.
Payment must be received in full by the conference date. All discounts will be applied to the conference only fee (excluding add-ons)‚ cannot be combined with any other offer‚ and must be paid in full at the time of order. Group discounts may be available to individuals employed by the same organization.
Group discounts may be available to individuals employed by the same organization. Groups of 2 or 3 people from the same company will receive a 5% discount and groups of 4 or more from the same company will receive a 10% discount. To receive your discount code, emaill firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund requests must be made via e-mail to email@example.com according to the following schedule:
08/15/13: Full refund
08/16/13- 9/15/13: Full refund less a $100 handling fee
After 09/16/13: No refund
If you are unable to attend the conference‚ you may designate a substitute to fill your spot. The registration fee will be adjusted based on the substitute’s LMA member status. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 09/20/13.
ON-SITE SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE ASSESSED A $50 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE
There are no refunds for no-shows. Any requests for refunds of room reservations must be made directly with the hotel.
