Pre-Conference Workshop Registration
If you plan to attend both the full conference and a pre-conference workshop, you will need to begin by selecting the registration for the full conference and will be able to add your pre-conference workshop at a later point in the registration.
Payment by Check
To pay by check, send checks made payable to LMA (include invoice number) to the following address: Legal Marketing Association Southeast Region, c/o Smith Strategies, P.O. Box 43212, Birmingham, AL 35243. Once your check is received, you will be sent a confirmation email.
Payment must be received in full by the conference date. All discounts will be applied to the conference-only fee (excluding add-ons)‚ cannot be combined with any other offer‚ and must be paid in full at the time of order. Group discounts may be available to individuals employed by the same organization.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Written requests for registration refunds must be received via email to firstname.lastname@example.org on or before Friday, August 31, 2019. All conference cancellations received on or before Friday, August 31, 2019 will receive a full refund less a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be made after Friday, August 31, 2019 (name substitutions only). Refunds are not given for no-shows.
If you cannot attend the conference, you may substitute another person from your company. All requests for substitutions must be made via email to email@example.com. Substitutions after Friday, September 21, 2019, will be processed at the LMASE Regional Conference and all fees will still apply.
SUBSTITUTIONS MADE AFTER FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 21, 2019, WILL BE ASSESSED A $50 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE.
There are no refunds for no-shows. Any requests for refunds of room reservations must be made directly with the hotel.
