LMA Mid-Atlantic

Understanding the ABA's New Model Rules and How Firms Can Navigate them Successfully

October 29, 2018 | 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Just when we were all getting a handle on what we can and cannot do in terms of attorney advertising, the American Bar Association recently adopted changes to its model rules. To help Senior Marketing Leaders, we are presenting a panel and Q&A discussion featuring LMA members in the legal marketing community that had an integral role in shaping the proposed rules. We will discuss the changes and how firms should navigate them to take the utmost advantage of the loosened standards.
