Jill Huse and Heather McCullough of Society 54 will be on hand to walk us through this informative and timely workshop.

Who was the best coach you had growing up? Who is your best coach today? Do you have one? Often our boss, or others that we look to for mentoring, can't always be available to help. And if you are like many of the in-house marketing/bd professionals we know, you want the resources and tools to help you learn, adapt and build your skill set- but figuring out how to do that can be overwhelming. Where do you begin?

Our industry has been quick to recognize the need for coaching our attorneys, but we sometimes neglect the importance of coaching for our own professional development. We all need a coach now and again to help us define, implement and attain our personal and career goals.

This interactive workshop will help attendees understand key factors in the coaching process and provide best practices for developing a personal coaching style that can be utilized internally within their firms.

Walk-ins and those who register after October 26 will be charged the non-member rate of $40.00.

LMA Midwest reserves the right to cancel the registration of any registrant with an outstanding balance.
