Revenue Generation through Client Appreciation

August 15, 2018 | 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM

Heather McCullough and Jill Huse, Society 54

We often hear legal marketing is still a relationships game. One of the most important components of your business plan should be to strengthen existing relationships; client appreciation programs assist firms in retaining existing clients and developing repeat business. In the increasingly-competitive legal market, client appreciation programs also help guard against competitors by solidifying loyalty. This session will include the argument for investing more in existing clients and examples of successful program components, including client teams, client feedback, client entertainment, and expressions of gratitude.

Key takeaways

  • Making the case to leadership for investing more in existing clients.
  • Understanding the client satisfaction spectrum and striving for loyalty and advocacy in client relationships.
  • Examples of law firm client appreciation programs and what makes them successful.
