Every organization and company is a tribe, or a network of tribes. A tribe is a group of 20 to 150 people that form naturally, in which everyone knows everyone else, or at least knows of them. In this highly interactive session, Harte Logan shows leaders how to identify their organization’s tribal stage and the impact it has on performance. The result is unprecedented collaboration and impact. Participants will leave with the ability to assess their workplace and begin to upgrade their tribes to reach to their potential.

About Our Presenter
Harte Logan, Partner, Chief Marketing Officer and Leadership Coach at CultureSync
Harte Logan is an Executive Leadership Coach focused on creating meaningful change for individuals and teams. She helps her clients achieve their desired outcomes based on the principles of Tribal Leadership and The Three Laws of Performance, using the Hudson Institute methodology. Harte also enjoys speaking to executives, entrepreneurs and start-ups, nonprofit leaders, small business owners and women’s organizations. She has experience working with companies, teams and individuals in diverse industries, ranging from healthcare to real estate to technology, including LA Care, University of Southern California, The Irvine Company, HOK, Women in Construction, Getty Leadership Institute and DreamHost.
She has a deep understanding of the challenges of working in both large public organizations and small entrepreneurial ventures based on her varied experience prior to becoming a consultant and coach. Harte began her career at Team One Advertising, where she worked with clients as diverse as Lexus, Boston Market, and US Filter. She followed her love of toys and games doing marketing for Bandai America, Disney Interactive and Activision. After getting bitten by the entrepreneurial bug, she ran a small skin care company, DermoGenesis. Her last role prior to joining CultureSync, was Director of Marketing/New Business at Sargent & Berman, a boutique branding firm.
As a Partner at CultureSync, she was instrumental in the writing, editing, and marketing of Tribal Leadership and The Three Laws of Performance. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband, Dave, two young daughters and two cats. Harte received her BA in psychology from the University of Southern California, her MBA from the Marshall School of Business at USC and her coaching certification from the Hudson Institute. Harte is also an International Coach Federation PCC credentialed coach and certified in the Hogan assessment.
