About Our Presenters
Judy Bodenhamer and Marc Rosen are co-founders of the Client Experience Institute, an advisory firm committed to inspiring professionals to think differently about the value of client relationships. Through workshops and programs, consulting and coaching services they engage critical thinking and learning that changes the mindset and actions of professionals.
Judy's business leadership experience spans more than 20 years, including half of her career at Fortune 50 organizations, and the other portion working with the professional service provider community on areas pertaining to business development, marketing and client engagement.
Marc recently ran an INC 5000 fastest growing company, is a frequent speaker, columnist and advises private businesses as well as service providers. He spent a large portion of his career leading both domestic as well as international organizations including Molson Companies Limited, GEA Tuchenhagen and Watlow Industries.
