Most marketers, regardless of their positions, use some legal technology weekly, if not daily. Technology has the power to make our lives as legal marketers easier – but it can also be frustrating and overwhelming.
That’s why our January brownbag aims to demystify the tech tools that many firms use. The program will cover topics such as:

- How can firms use the different tools available in the marketplace?
- How can marketing and IT work better together when it comes to tech programs?
- Teaching yourself tech: where to go and what to know.
Our speaker is Michelle Woodyear, director of digital marketing at Covington & Burling LLP, an AmLaw 100 firm with over 1,000 attorneys. Michelle has a strong analytic and technical background and extensive business experience. At Covington, she heads up the digital marketing team, where they are updating the marketing technology stack, developing tools for robust marketing campaigns, creating dashboards for measurement and decision making, and developing user personas and targeted content strategy to reach their key audiences. She is thrilled to be part of the innovation and transformation of the digital marketing function.
