Webinar: Three Keys to Competitive Intelligence

August 9, 2017 | 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

Presenters:
Dave Whiteside and Liz Boehm

By definition, “Competitive Intelligence” is the process of (legally and ethically) collecting and analyzing information about competitors’ strengths and weaknesses. But in the legal industry this can differ some from Corporate America. Techniques are similar, but the tool sets and processes differ because of the specific type of information lawyers want to prep for client meetings, trials, negotiations and more. If you are not arming your lawyers with information they need to successfully execute a meeting, you may lose them.

This program will address the what and the how as well as look at the skills and processes that take “data” and turn it into actionable intelligence.

Location:
At Your Desk!
This program is only being offered via webinar. Participants will receive a separate email with a link to the webinar approximately 24 hours prior to the start of the program.
