As businesses around the world began shutting down from the pandemic, social media rose to become both a vital source of information — and a fertile ground for dangerous fear-mongering and misinformation. The WHO Director-General even stated, “We’re not just fighting an epidemic; we’re fighting an infodemic.”
This infodemic creates an opportunity for law firms to become the trusted source of information in the online community. With more people online than ever before, now is the time to identify and evaluate your firm’s marketing strategy and implement new tactics to fulfill changing demands.
Key takeaways from this session include how to:
- Use social media to drive new leads and create brand awareness
- Deliver compelling content through blogs, infographics, and video
- Start creating your plan now for the post-pandemic changes to marketing
