February 4, 2020 | 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM
Mark Beese, President, Leadership for Lawyers llc
Mark Beese will facilitate a dynamic and interactive workshop on Design Thinking for Legal. While design thinking has become a staple topic in MBA programs and tech companies, it is a burgeoning area in law practice management circles for addressing complex global challenges at the intersection of business, law and technology. Mark’s workshop will explore how to use the principles of design thinking to help law firms re-design the delivery of legal services and improve the relationships between law firms and clients. The workshop will encourage every participant to act as both designer and user. Participants go through the entire Design Thinking process, from user interviews to developing a final physical prototype (think pipe-cleaners and construction paper) in a fast-paced exercise.
