This Wednesday: Join Us for a Collective Check-In During Our Town Hall

Join LMA and special guest Denise Robinson, founding principal of The Still Center, as we hold space to discuss the recent events of racial injustice around the United States and hear more from you on how the organization can best support you and the industry during this time.

In this virtual, discussion-style format, we will:

  • Pause, reflect and take a collective breath. The town hall is a way of holding space to acknowledge this moment as a community.
  • Take the time to better understand where we are so that we can direct our next steps with intention. While our firms and companies may be in a hurry, it is critical to understand how we got here before moving on to solutions.
  • Learn how the latest wave of racial injustice, the disproportionate impact of COVID-19 on BIPOC (Black, Indigenous and People of Color) communities, and workplace diversity and inclusion are connected. We'll also gather recommended resources to deepen our personal knowledge of these links and to share with our employer and colleagues.

We hope you will join us this Wednesday, June 17 at 3 p.m. CT. We expect this virtual exchange will last approximately 1.5 hours.
