The Science of Innovation Adoption: Legal Industry Examples

Fortunately, the science of innovation diffusion provides strong, empirically validated guidance. In this session, Professor Henderson provides an overview of the key elements of diffusion theory and then applies them to several legal industry examples.  In each case, the theory provides insight into why innovation succeeded or failed.
