Are you struggling with event ROI? Do you end up pulling the same invitation list from CRM over and over again? Or do you ask your attorneys to start invitation lists from scratch? Event planners and CRM professionals know the dilemmas we face every time we plan events including tracking new business and tracking positive event results. Which event planning strategies and CRM technologies have proven successful at other firms? What pitfalls should you be avoiding? In this presentation our panel of experienced in-house events professionals and CRM/marketing software vendors will share their insights. We will cover tips and best practices including:

  • How to create targeted invitation lists for successful events that bring real opportunities for new business.
  • How to interact with attorneys while building your invitation list.
  • What you should start tracking as soon as the invite goes out.
  • How to track marketing activities in real time at the event using the latest CRM modules.
  • Best practice for sending “Thank you” notes after events.
  • What kind of tracking you should focus on after an event and the best way to share this information with your attorneys.
