Ballard Spahr has a terrific opportunity for a talented marketing professional to join our marketing and business development team.
The chosen candidate will work directly with the practice group and regional Business Development Managers to coordinate day-to-day marketing activities, including updating and maintaining marketing collateral; preparation and coordination of directory submissions; event support; conducting business development research and analysis; and the preparation of pitch materials and RFP responses. This position will be based in our Philadelphia office and will work closely with other Marketing Coordinators across the team.
Qualified candidates will be energetic and organized, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. They must possess strong project management, oral and written communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. A demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines is also essential. A bachelor’s degree with 2+ years' experience in law firm or other professional services firm plus familiarity with database functionality and document management applications are required.
