Why did you submit to present at the 2020 LMA Annual Conference?
The LMA Annual Conference continues to be the leading forum for knowledge transfer and education in the legal marketing industry. It offers the opportunity to network with my colleagues and friends and to share ideas and challenges. It makes you feel like you’re not alone in the challenges and issues that you face, and that there are people in our community who can offer solutions and support.
What are you hoping attendees will learn from your presentation?
I’m hoping the attendees will take away some practical tips that they can apply to their own CRM projects, and that they will have some fun in the room with myself and other knowledgeable and engaging speakers.
One of our themes for #LMA20 is ‘Elevated content’. What’s new and exciting about your presentation?
A number of CRM consultants with different perspectives and experiences are collaborating to run an interactive and engaging session rather than just presenting on the keys to success for CRM, so it should be fun and interesting.
Why are you excited about going to Denver?
I’ve never been to Denver and I was a big fan of Dynasty when I was a kid. That probably tells you everything you need to know about me!
