Why did you submit to present at the 2019 LMA Annual Conference?
I’ve always found that the people attending the annual conference are really there to network, learn and take practical actions away to help them plan their strategies for the year. I submitted to present for those reasons and because it’s a fabulous opportunity to spend time with the influencers and decision makers in our industry.
What are you hoping attendees will learn from your presentation?
I’m hoping that they will learn that rather than CRM being the hospital pass that no one wants to get, it’s actually the hall-pass to help drive your firm’s business development strategy forward.
What do you think is the key for success as a legal marketer today?
To have clarity of vision, a structured agenda of what you want to achieve and a lot of patience.
What other session are you most interested in attending while at the conference, and why?
How to turn CRM into an insights engine. I think that the perception of CRM as a firm-wide address book is finally long gone, and there are some really exciting things happening in this space now.
What are you most looking forward to about the 2019 LMA Annual Conference?
To be able to reconnect with friends and colleagues and learn some new things.
