Are you an LMA Northeast member? Are you interested in contributing to a regional initiative that will have lasting impact? Are you good at starting and finishing short term projects with a specific focus? Have you wanted to get involved in the LMA NE but aren’t sure about the time commitment involved in a committee or leadership role?
Here is your chance!
The LMA NE Board has launched a task force as part of our focus on improving regional operations and the onboarding process for leadership and volunteers this year. You’ll meet and work with other volunteers on a project led by LMA NE President-Elect Catherine Alman MacDonagh. The purpose of the project is to collect, organize, evaluate and consolidate the various documents used by and in the region. Then, we will create a compendium of helpful, updated guidelines, checklists, templates, forms, communications and other documents.
The goal? Simple: make it easier for volunteers to do the important work of the region and reduce time spent reinventing the wheel and finding useful resources. We expect to complete this project within 4-6 months.
To express interest and for further information, please contact Catherine MacDonagh on or before March 1.
