With a new year comes new business goals for your law firm. Attorneys and practice groups have their plans on paper. But how do you, as a legal marketer, know if the plans will succeed?
Attendees will learn how to:
- measure progress toward goals;
- assess whether their plan conforms to the three components for success;
- integrate traditional marketing and public relation strategies into the plan;
- determine when it is appropriate to make a course correction; and
- navigate the “course correction” conversation with the attorneys involved.
