As part of this year’s excitement, the Your Honor Awards are now open for submissions, recognizing outstanding achievements and innovation across the legal marketing profession.

Hotel:

A block of rooms for conference attendees has been reserved at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown from Tuesday, October 13 to Friday, October 16. If you need to extend your stay, please contact the hotel directly at 866-837-4213 and specify the LMA 2026 Tech West by Southwest Regional Conference Meeting room rate. Attendees are encouraged to book their rooms early. A limited number of rooms are available and the rate cannot be guaranteed when our quantity runs out. Reservations must be made by Tuesday, September 15.

Cancellations:

Should you need to cancel your registration, an email must be sent to lmawest@legalmarketing.org or lmasouthwest@legalmarketing.org requesting a refund. This email must be received by September 13 to receive a full refund. If notice is received after September 13, a refund of half the registration cost will be issued. No refunds will be available after September 22 due to our commitment to the hotel. However, registrations may be transferred to another attendee at any time. Please note that transfers from a member to a non-member will require payment of the price difference.
