Jon is the Senior DealCloud Growth Director at Intapp. With over 35 years in professional services business development, marketing and sales, Jon is applying that knowledge and experience to develop and evolve Intapp DealCloud as the most effective client intelligence solution, ensuring it remains innovative and impactful—both now and in the future.

Jon was former CMO for $1.5bn law firm Orrick and during his five years as CMO, he witnessed a major shift in the value of client relationships. Jon saw that at the heart of every professional services firm were relationships, expertise, and intellectual capital, and he wanted to be part of the journey to develop a solution that will help transform law firm marketing, business development and sales.

Jon also has extensive experience from PwC and DLA Piper. He works with leadership teams to design and implement strategies with a focus on client development, key account management, brand awareness and sales.

Jon excels at strategy, team leadership, transformation, campaigns, project management and execution with a proven ability for innovating with creative approaches, demonstrated by one of his campaigns winning PwC the Financial Times Innovative Lawyer Award.


Heather Vadgama

Heather Vadgama is the Chief Marketing Officer for Walkers, a global legal and professional services firm. With a client-centric approach, Heather brings more than 25 years of experience in business development, sales enablement, and marketing and is responsible for driving the firm's growth strategy. She leads a team of talented business development, marketing, and communications professionals who are dedicated to enhancing the firm's market presence and client relationships.

Heather has a proven track record of winning complex, high-value, multinational bids and is enthusiastic about leveraging data from various sources to improve client service. Her success in an international setting is built on a strong understanding of different market dynamics, cultures, and ways of working, developed through living and working on three continents. Heather has collaborated with professionals across Australia, South and East Asia, Russia and CIS, the UK and Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and offshore locations.

Before joining Walkers in 2021, Heather worked with several leading global professional services firms, including Baker McKenzie, Mayer Brown, and Simmons & Simmons. Most recently, she served as the Chief Operating Officer for KPMG's Clients & Markets function across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia.
