Building on the success of LMASE’s recent intensive programming, we are excited to introduce the LMASE CX Intensive, a hybrid client experience program designed specifically for legal marketing and business development professionals.

The LMASE CX Intensive reflects a fundamental shift in how marketing and business development teams support client relationships. Client experience is no longer shaped solely by individual service moments — it is influenced by how firms listen to clients, translate insight into action, align relationship partners and client teams, communicate value, and execute consistently across the firm.

This program takes a hybrid approach, combining a three‑part webinar series with an in‑person intensive workshop. The webinars are designed as standalone educational opportunities that also serve as foundational preparation for deeper application during the in‑person program. Participants may choose to attend individual webinars, the in‑person intensive, or the full program experience.

The curriculum focuses on practical client experience disciplines as they show up in legal marketing and business development, including voice‑of‑client programs, strategic account teams, experience‑driven messaging and differentiation, thought leadership and value‑add initiatives, and experience measurement that supports decision‑making. Throughout the program, participants will explore what must be in place internally to deliver a consistent and differentiated client experience — including clarity of ownership, alignment across relationship partners and client teams, and access to the right client information at the right time.

By offering this program in both virtual and in‑person formats, the LMASE CX Intensive creates multiple touchpoints for engagement while accommodating different learning preferences and schedules. This tiered structure allows for broader accessibility while maintaining premium value for full‑program participants.
