Legal marketers are often asking the busiest, most powerful people at the firm to prep, show up, and follow through. That can feel intimidating, and still, the work has to move. This session focuses on executive presence and real-world communication with partners and senior lawyers. We’ll look at what gets in the way of influence, how to hold lawyers accountable between meetings, and how to speak up in a grounded way that builds trust over time. Participants will:
- Name the real power dynamics with partners and senior lawyers
- Practice language for making clear asks and getting actions between calls
- Explore how tone, body language, and presence shape credibility with leadership
Debbie will be presenting live in Seattle. Networking will take place before the presentation, and lunch will be provided for in-person attendees courtesy of our law firm hosts.
