8 Steps to Help Lawyers Develop and Implement Better Business Plans

Many lawyers have trouble developing business plans that make the best use of their limited marketing time. Some have unachievable goals, some focus on the wrong clients, and some spend so much time fine tuning the plan that they never get around to executing it. The best business plans not only target the most promising audience, but also identify efficient tactics to build relationships and improve follow-up. This workshop will provide practical tips and tools for marketers and lawyers to develop and implement better business plans: This session will include identify the tactics, prioritize target audiences, developing action items, and customizing the plan’s format to meet individual needs. Better business planning will help lawyers find new engagements more quickly, and help marketers to prove the direct link between their activities and new engagements.
