Are you ready to apply the best practices in client service presented at our Chapter launch event?

Join us for practical tips on how to solicit client feedback – an important component of a law firm’s client service program.

Kent Zimmermann and Nat Slavin, co-founders of the Wicker Park Group, will share strategies to help you establish a successful and results-driven client feedback program. These strategies reflect the experiences of dozens of leading law firms, as well as feedback from hundreds of in-house counsel. Topics discussed will include:

  • client expectations and client preferences
  • how to measure an accurate assessment of firm performance
  • potential service and performance problems
  • opportunities for growth in a market or practice area
  • competitive intelligence

The Wicker Park Group conducts client interviews designed to help lawyers and other professionals grow the size of their client relationships. Kent Zimmermann currently serves as executive vice-president and general counsel of California-based Openmarket Wine. He also advises law firm leaders on client feedback and the needs and interests of general counsel. Nat Slavin is the former publisher of InsideCounsel (Corporate Legal Times) and publisher of several publications and articles on legal department management and marketing strategies.
