Diversity
Speaker: I. Godwin Out
Director of Diversity at the State Bar of Arizona
Otu joined the Bar in October and he is well known in Phoenix for the excellent diversity programs he initiated for the City of Phoenix. He will address the group about how law firms can market Arizona as an attractive place for lawyers to work. Otu is working with law firm recruiters in town to address issues of attracting, promoting and retention of women and minorities. He is an engaging speaker and his passion for the topic is evident.
