Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, a rapidly growing Denver-based firm seeks a Director of Marketing to direct and implement the firm's marketing programs and manage a growing team. Reporting to and working with the firm's CMO, the Director of Marketing helps to implement the firm's marketing strategies and the development of tactics to sustain the firm's marketing objectives. The Director also serves as primary supervisor of the marketing department. The Director of Marketing oversees:
- Ongoing development of electronic marketing communications including web-based transactional database, newsletter program and on-line proposal center
- Client service initiatives and programs
- CRM development and implementation
- Business development strategies for pitches as well as competitive intelligence and other research tools
- Management of special projects
- Oversees firm-branded events and client-focused seminars to increase business
The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years experience in legal or professional services marketing as well as experience in managing a team. A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business is required, master's degree preferred.
