In a competitive market, where more and more law firms are competing for a piece of the client pie, firms that differentiate themselves often come out on top. But just how do law firms do that? They do it by understanding why clients hire them in the first place and the critical elements that lead in-house counsel to keep firms on their rosters through management changes, consolidation efforts, and turbulent economic times. Firms that know their clients’ needs inside and out win the business development game and effectively manage long-term client growth.
Marketing Evolutions has conducted in-depth interviews with legal decision makers from Clear Channel Communications, Wal-Mart, LiveNation, Office Depot, American Eagle Outfitters, FedEx, U-Haul International, Del Monte Foods, Halliburton, and many other brand-name companies to understand, from an in-house counsel perspective, what law firms need to do to maintain top clients and secure greater market share. Join us on October 14 to hear what these companies have told us and how your firm can use client satisfaction programs to their best competitive advantage.
