Specific topics include:
- Public relations for professional services vs. products

- Getting a reporter’s attention
- When to write a news release
- Using your website, social networking sites, and other online outlets for PR
- To blog or not to blog
In her decade of public relations experience, Ms. Bame has represented law firms of all sizes, including AmLaw 100 firms, legal professionals, luxury real estate developers, architects, entrepreneurs, hospitals, and non-profit organizations.
Ms. Bame is President of Bame Public Relations (www.BamePR.com) where she leads a team of creative professionals in establishing and boosting clients' media profiles and business reputations using a variety of mass media outlets. She has secured coverage for clients in leading consumer and business publications, on radio and television, and online. Ms. Bame frequently speaks before professional services and industry groups on increasing media coverage and developing media relations skills.
The program includes lunch and will take place on Tuesday, April 8, 2008, from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm at Maggiano’s Little Italy, 500 16th Street, #150, Denver, Colorado. Cost is $40 (with a $10 discount for LMA members).
