Member Spotlight - Leigh Ann Nicas

Leigh Ann Nicas is the public relations manager for Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P., a 1000-attorney, international law firm with offices in sixteen cities worldwide.  She has recently relocated to Fulbright’s newest office in Denver, Colorado.

Ms. Nicas’ responsibilities include counsel and oversight of the firm’s media relations and public relations.  She managed the department for over six years and oversaw the firm‑wide marketing efforts, including business development, internal and external communications, community relations, charitable giving and public relations.  She has been with Fulbright & Jaworski for 18 years. 

Prior to joining Fulbright & Jaworski, Ms. Nicas managed the public relations efforts for Denver‑based Holland & Hart, a regional Rocky Mountain law firm.  She also coordinated the marketing efforts for the Denver and Boulder offices of Price Waterhouse.  She has been in marketing for professional services firms for more than 24  years.

Ms. Nicas has served on the boards and numerous committees of organizations – both professional and charitable.  She also founded a women’s networking organization in Houston called Professional Women’s Fellowship.  She is currently serving on the board of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Legal Marketing Association.
