On behalf of the entire LMA Virginias Board of Directors, I want to thank you for your involvement and interest in our chapter. We accomplished a great deal in 2014, and we have great ambitions for continuing to grow and improve our chapter this year. We know that you come to LMA for top quality educational programming, networking opportunities with your peers and the chance to develop your own career. We intend to deliver on these expectations in new and exciting ways.
I encourage you to attend all of our in person events, which are free to all chapter members. If you cannot join us in person, we are happy to have ON24 as our webinar sponsor to provide real time streaming of our content. In addition, we plan to increase your exposure to other members through our groups in LinkedIn and other social media platforms. Make sure you join and follow these groups to take part in the discussion!
I also encourage you to consider becoming involved with a committee to help the chapter as well as develop your own skills. If you have expertise to share, our Membership, Sponsorship, Technology and Communications and Programming committees need your help. If you want to learn new skills, joining a committee where you DON’T have as much experience is a great way to tap into the knowledge of others and work on great projects with fellow professional marketers across the region. The Legal Marketing Association is a great place to build your expertise, network and future.
