Over breakfast, Rob Duboff, accomplished author and CEO of HawkPartners, explored the reality of measuring and managing ROI for legal services marketing.  He discussed the approaches that provide the necessary rigor and accountability of the marketing function without exceeding the logic and validity of modern measurement techniques.  He discussed reasonable decision making time frames and considerations as well as the dirty details of research.  An extremely thought provoking program, the audience delved into the critical analysis of ROI and came away with a perspective of how best to make and motinor marketing decisions for the future.  This program was co-sponsored by the Cleveland Chapter of the Associaton of Legal Administrators (ALA).
